Refunds for projects will not be given after the initial 50% deposit is received and the demo site is uploaded to the development server and initial design is completed.

Refunds will be given for physical products as long as they are in their original packaging and were purchased no more than 30 Days prior to requesting the refund.

Refunds are NOT given on digital goods or downloads.
